This policy brief highlight policy makers possibilities to enable aggregators as enablers for improving the TSO-DSO-Customer coordination in a digitalised power system. The need for establishing clear definition of the aggregator role is emphasised as well as establishing coordination approaches among aggregators, customers and grid operators with the focus on harmonised and interoperable solutions.
