Secretariat and Operating Agent
ISGAN is supported by a Secretariat and Operating Agent held by Zabala Innovation and a Co-Secretariat, jointly held by the Korean Smart Grid Institute (KSGI) and Korea Power Exchange (KPX).
Zabala Innovation is responsible for the following tasks:
- Organization of biannual ExCo meetings and ExCo side events
- Support to the Presidium and Working Groups
- Management of the Common Fund
- Internal and external communication, including social media and the website
Korean Co-Secretariat
KSGI and KPX are responsible for the following tasks:
- Support to CEM communication and events
- ISGAN Awards of Excellence
- Cooperation with Asia
