The International Smart Grids and Cities Congress and Fair (on April 25-26, 2019), which assembled the stakeholders of the energy industry, to which nearly 350 global corporations will attend as booth exhibitors, was attended by over 10 thousand industry representatives, experts and academicians from more than 50 countries.

The 17th ISGAN Executive Committee Meeting (ExCo17) and associated side events have been held in Sweden in the week from 1st – 5th April 2019. A big thank you goes to the Swedish Energy Agency, the host of ExCo17.
Knowledge Exchange on Experimental Sandboxes to Enable Smart Grid Deployment

During the Stockholm Smart Grid Week first week in April 2019, a knowledge exchange event on experimental (regulatory) sandboxes to enable smart grid deployment was arranged by the International Smart Grid Action Network (ISGAN) in partnership with International Confederation of Energy Regulators (ICER). Local organizers included the Swedish Smart Grid Forum and Swedish Energy Agency.
The Global Smart Grid Federation (GSEF) met with ISGAN members

„During the ExCo-Meeting in Sweden, GSGF (Global Smart Grid Federation) and ISGAN members met in order to strengthen future collaboration, in particular in Asia-Pacific. Aiming at membership expansion, joint activities like knowledge sharing workshops and Smart Grids events have been identified. The next common event will be the Award Ceremony as part of the CEM10 Mission Innovation – ISGAN side event taking place in Vancouver on May, 29.”
