Long-Term Planning and Implementation of Smart Distribution Grids
Distribution grids are central to electrification, renewable integration, resilience and local development. As energy systems become more distributed and interconnected, developing these grids increasingly depends on decisions across sectors, places and levels of governance. This calls for long-term planning that is more forward-looking, adaptive, integrated and collaborative.

The Lighthouse Knowledge Hub brings together the knowledge resources developed through the ISGAN Lighthouse Project, including an integrated planning framework, policy insights and international experience and innovative approaches to long-term distribution grid planning and implementation under uncertainty.
